The Field Day Chair assembles and supervises a team of volunteers to assist with Field Day in June and meets to plan and coordinate the event as needed. This role manages publicity through signage, email announcements, and on-campus excitement, updates and organizes the event file for future chairpersons, and provides an event financial summary detailing income and costs.
