The Jogathon Chair manages publicity through signage, email announcements, and on-campus excitement and assembles and supervises a team of volunteers to assist with Jogathon. This role meets to plan and coordinate the event as needed and manages the logistics of all money collection, both online and physical, from the start of the fundraising period through the due date. The Chair updates and organizes the event file for future chairpersons and provides an event financial summary detailing income and costs. The role also coordinates prizes, rewards, and incentives to increase participation and dollars raised and executes associated events such as raffles and parties. If applicable, the Chair executes the ordering and distribution of T-shirts while working with the Sponsorship Chair.
