The Bingo Night Chair plans, staffs, and executes the event, including arranging all supplies and food. This role updates and organizes the event file for future chairpersons, manages event publicity through signage, email announcements, and on-campus excitement, gathers prizes, and coordinates with the Denim and Spring chair to avoid overlap. The Bingo Night Chair also provides an event financial summary detailing ticket sales, income, and costs.
