The Discretionary Committee Chair tracks available Discretionary funds throughout the year, schedules Discretionary Committee meetings quarterly, and manages the agenda. This role solicits requests for Discretionary funding three weeks prior to each meeting and provides written responses to all Discretionary requests with instructions for purchasing approved items.
