The Faculty Liaison & Hospitality role coordinates the Faculty Holiday luncheon in December, Faculty Appreciation Week in May, and weekly luncheons throughout May. This role celebrates faculty birthdays through gestures such as coffee or cards, assigns additional staff or special-area teachers to each classroom for Faculty Appreciation Week, and coordinates a Welcome Back event for faculty the week before school begins. The role also coordinates thank-you notes throughout the year and sends recognition, such as flowers, cards, or gifts, for special circumstances as needed while coordinating with PFA Leadership regarding budget availability.
