The Gopher Day role assembles and supervises a team of volunteers to assist with Gopher Day, updates and organizes the event file for future chairpersons, manages publicity through signage, email announcements, and on-campus excitement, and provides an event financial summary detailing ticket sales, income, and costs. This role also meets to plan and coordinate the event as needed, including during the previous spring and over the summer.
