The Science and Innovation Night Chair plans, staffs, and executes the event, including all supplies and food, and updates and organizes the event file for future chairpersons. This role coordinates with faculty to set appropriate parameters for entries, manages publicity through signage, email announcements, and on-campus excitement, works with the Fundraising Chair to gather prizes, and provides an event financial summary detailing ticket sales, income, and costs.
