The Vice President acts as an aide to the President and performs the duties of the President in the President's absence or inability to serve. The Vice President represents the President as requested, oversees designated standing committee chairpersons as assigned by the President, and performs other delegated duties. In collaboration with the Secretary, the Vice President provides a copy of the Bylaws to all Executive Board members and reviews, organizes, and assists with maintaining officer and standing committee binders before the transition to new officers.
